Delivery, Postage & Returns.
UK Orders
Subject to stock availability, orders will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Should your item be out of stock we will contact you via email, to offer an alternative or fully refund your money.
For orders outwith the UK please contact us by email/phone before placing your order and we will advise you of the postage charges applicable.
UK Delivery & Postage.
All parcels are sent out using Royal Mail/ Parcelforce.
***For March 2024, A standard postal charge of £4.95 will be applied to every single order, irrespective of weight and size.
Items will be delivered to the address that has been supplied by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are sent to the wrong address if this is what has been provided. Please include your email address and telephone number when ordering as the courier company requires it.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are unused and in a perfect resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using the original form of payment.
When making a return please advise us by email along with the reason for your returned item.
